This program is for anyone who wants to workout at home, all LIFTING! So main focus is progress overload and building muscle. Every 2 weeks your workout are the same. Once 2 weeks is up, you get a new trainign block. This comes with 5 workouts a week and all you need is a set of bands and dumbbells!
