This program is for anyone who wants to lift at home!! All you need is a set of dumbbells and you're all set to do! This is 4 workouts a week, and you focus on progressive overload. You will follow the same workouts for 3 weeks at a time, and then you get a new split! You get a total of 3 different workout splits! There is no jumping involved in this program, it is all strength training!
